1. A with respect to each of the lands listed in the separate sheet, Yanpo-si Y, Seopo-si, Y, 98 square meters shall be owned solely by the Plaintiff, and B).
Reasons
1. Indication of Claim: Claim for partition of the article jointly owned, since the Plaintiff and the Defendants shared the land indicated in the separate sheet
2. Applicable provisions;
(a) Defendant X: Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act (a)
B. The remainder of the Defendants except Defendant X: Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act (self-conception judgment)
3. As to the costs of lawsuit, each party shall be ordered to bear the burden, taking into account the special circumstances leading up to the filing of the lawsuit in this case.
