The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the evidence duly adopted and examined by the court below and the first instance court maintained by the court below, it is just to determine that the court below guilty of fraud among the facts charged in this case on the grounds stated in its reasoning, and it did not err by misapprehending the legal principles on the psychological principle or the trial-oriented principle by failing to exhaust all necessary deliberations, as alleged in the grounds of appeal.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
