1. The Defendants shall receive, on April 25, 1989, the Suwon District Court’s Ansan registry office with respect to the PP field 2,559 square meters to the Plaintiff in Ansan-si.
Reasons
1. The description of the request shall be as shown in the attached Form;
2. Defendant 1 and 2 based on the judgment: The exclusion period of the right to complete the pre-sale agreement is ten years (see, e.g., Supreme Court Decisions 2000Da26425, Jan. 10, 2003; 96Da47494, 47500, Jul. 25, 1997). The remaining Defendants: Each confession (Articles 208(3)2 and 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act).
