A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four years.
The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant was the victim B (Y, 9 years of age) and 5 years of age, and the victim was the person whose father was called the "Thoriri Village", and the victim was hospitalized in a hospital for the treatment of liver diseases, with the view to committing indecent acts against the victim by advertising that the victim was hospitalized in the hospital.
1. From February 6, 2016 to February 10, 2016, the Defendant had the victim take charge of the Defendant’s sexual organ by taking care of the victim’s knife at the victim’s home located in Jinan-gun C, Jin-gun, Jin-gun, and by taking care of the victim’s knife by taking care of the victim’s knife from the victim’s knife to the victim’s knife at home, and bringing him to the Defendant’s sexual organ.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act on the part of a minor victim under 13 years of age on two occasions.
On the 8th trial date, the prosecutor applied for the amendment of indictment with the content of changing the facts charged as stated below, and this court permitted it.
2. The Defendant: (a) around April 201 to May 2016, around the night, up to May 1, 2016, she collected his/her hand from the victim’s clothes attached to the victim’s clothes that he/she was divingd by a large room inside the cafeteria of the former North Korean territory D; and (b) the victim continued to have suffered.
