1. As to KRW 70,00,000 and KRW 60,000 among them, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 70,000 from December 10, 2007 to May 24, 2016.

Reasons

1. A notary public indicating the claim seeks to pay a promissory note (amounting to 60,00,000,000 in face value, the issuer, the payee, the Plaintiff, the date of issuance, December 10, 2006, and the date of payment, December 9, 2007) and a loan (amounting to 10,000,000,000, borrowed money, the Plaintiff, the borrower, and the borrower, April 15, 2016) based on the Notarial Deed No. 15277, 206. 2. A judgment by publication under Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act by publication is rendered by publication.
