1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 95,922,680 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from May 20, 2016 to the day of complete payment.
1. On March 22, 2010, the Plaintiff: (a) the Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government apartment B apartment 201 was leased to the Defendant with a deposit of KRW 40 million; (b) the monthly rent of KRW 4 million (Additional tax separate); (c) the Defendant did not pay the rent of KRW 123,200,00 (28 months x 4,400,000) from June 201 to September 2013; and (d) the Plaintiff did not pay management fees of KRW 12,722,680 from May 2013 to September 2013; and (e) the Plaintiff paid the unpaid rent of KRW 123,20,000 and KRW 12,722,680 from the paid rent of KRW 12,680 and KRW 4,680 from the paid rent of KRW 40,00,000 to the late payment damages of KRW 29,2698.
