임대차보증금
1. The defendant shall pay 25,150,000 won to the plaintiffs and 20% per annum from May 31, 2014 to the day of complete payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the purport of Gap evidence No. 1-2 and all pleadings as to the cause of the claim, the fact that the plaintiffs, who completed the registration of ownership transfer on February 28, 2013 with respect to the real estate C 1-161 (hereinafter "the real estate of this case"), on March 6, 2013, leased the real estate of this case to the defendant 250 million won, monthly rent of 10 million won (payment on March 25, 201), and rent of 40 million won (hereinafter "the lease contract of this case") from 60% on January 10, 2017, and rent of 204 to 205% on April 30, 2013 x 205% on rent of 40 million won (hereinafter "the rent of this case") and rent of 205% on April 30, 2013 x 1-404% on which the plaintiffs were entitled to payment of rent of this case from defendant 2 to 201-14%.
2. Judgment on the defendant's assertion
A. The Defendant agreed to reduce F and monthly rent at KRW 8,250,000 before entering into the instant lease agreement with the Plaintiffs, and paid KRW 8,250,000 as monthly rent from August 2012 to December 2013 after the Plaintiffs succeeded to the instant lease agreement. On December 2013, the instant real estate to the Plaintiffs for the next one year.
