On August 24, 2013, at around 23:04, the Defendant driven a rocketing car under the influence of alcohol by 0.129% from the section of approximately 100 meters of blood alcohol content to the 404-1 neighboring road in Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul.
