1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
As the cause of the instant claim, the Plaintiff asserted that the Defendant should return the said money to the Plaintiff, since the Plaintiff lent KRW 131,566,478 to the Defendant as follows.
C Domins and evidence Nos. 1 through 4 alone are insufficient to acknowledge the fact of lending the Plaintiff’s assertion, and there is no other evidence to acknowledge it. Thus, the Plaintiff’s assertion is without merit.
Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
