In the absence of dispute between the parties or in full view of the purport of the entire pleadings in the statement in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 17, the plaintiff was jointly liable to pay the plaintiff KRW 36,837,250,00 to the defendant corporation (hereinafter "the defendant corporation") for five times from December 27, 2007 to June 16, 201. The defendant corporation was issued a credit card by the plaintiff and used the credit card. The defendants guaranteed the above loan obligations against the plaintiff of the defendant corporation on December 27, 2007, within the limit of KRW 260,00,000 among the above loan obligations against the plaintiff of the defendant corporation on December 27, 2007. The defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay the above KRW 36,837,250 to the plaintiff.
Meanwhile, Defendant B’s assertion that the Plaintiff should deduct the amount of the above amount since it did not reflect the amount claimed by the Plaintiff, although there is no evidence supporting this, the above Defendant’s assertion cannot be accepted.
Therefore, the plaintiff's claim against the defendants shall be accepted for all reasons, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
