1. Revocation of a judgment of the first instance;

Reasons
1. The plaintiff alleged that he lent KRW 17,250,00 to the defendant, and sought payment of the above money and damages for delay against the defendant. However, there is no evidence to acknowledge the above lending, and the plaintiff's assertion cannot be accepted.
2. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of this case is dismissed as it is without merit, and the judgment of the court of first instance is unfair in conclusion, and it is so revoked and the plaintiff's claim is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition.
