The defendant is a person who operates the Busan Busan branch office, an insurance agency on the 7th floor of Busan Jin-gu B building.

1. On April 14, 2016, the Defendant made the victim D to subscribe to life insurance at the above office, and received new subscription allowances and maintenance allowances and received them to use them as agency operation funds, and concluded that “If the Defendant concludes an insurance contract for life insurance to which he introduces, and terminates the insurance premium 25 times after he/she paid it, he/she would pay the full amount of the penalty for termination at home and 2.4 million won interest thereon.”

After deceiving the victim, the Defendant subscribed to life insurance and paid 28,926,350 won in total to the victim up to 25 times, the Defendant terminated the insurance contract on May 21, 2018 and received a refund of KRW 18,515,256 as a termination refund, but the Defendant did not pay 10,41,094 won for termination penalty to be paid to the victim.

2. On September 29, 2016, the Defendant is required to operate an insurance agency at the G Law Office located in Busan Metropolitan Government F, which is located in the G Law Office in Busan Metropolitan Government.

If a person lends KRW 100 million, he/she may pay the principal and interest after two years since he/she has increased the performance of insurance contracts by employing an insurance solicitor and has increased the performance of insurance contracts.
