However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On January 4, 2019, the Defendant acquired a total of KRW 187 million under the name of down payment and intermediate payment of the right to sell block C block (D) in order to possess and sell the real right to sell and purchase, and upon receiving a request from B to produce data to verify the fact that the real right to sell and sell the sale from B, the Defendant had the intention to forge the sales contract of the right to sell and purchase.

1. From the end of January 2019 to the beginning of February 2019, the Defendant: (a) entered the Defendant’s house located in the E building No. 6 of the Building E in the form of “sale right sales contract”, which was formed through Internet search, in the form of “sale right sales contract”, the Defendant: (b) entered the “Seoul block (D) in the column of the sale price in Gyeonggi-do; (c) KRW 10,000,000” in the column of the sale price; (d) entered the purchase price in the column; and (d) entered the name “G” in the “sale price column; and (d) made a private person following the name.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged a sales contract in the name of G, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

2. On February 11, 2019, the Defendant: (a) delivered a forged sales contract to the above B as if it were a document duly formed, and exercised the contract to sell the forged goods to the said B, which was aware of the forgery at the sac shop located in Young-si, Young-si; and (b) exercised it.
