Punishment of the crime
The Defendant, along with C, intended to run a commercial sex business in partnership with C, recruited women engaged in commercial sex acts by advertising the Internet website “D” and “E” as “Ac 10 million won per month,” and, with the burden of deposit half, deposited Ftel Nos. 311, 405, 617, and 908, and leased it under the name of C, 405, and 405, the Defendant used it as office for business purposes, and kept cryp, water, red sea, diesel, diesel, drink, beverage, etc., respectively, and posted the example, age, height, body weight, and large amount of commercial sex business to the Internet website “G”, “I”, “I”, and then, the Defendant, as a member of many unspecified male customers, recruited female customers in accordance with a promise to engage in commercial sex acts, and divided them into 150,000 won per 50,000 won, and 150,000 won per male and female customer.
