"2017 Highest 377"
1. Larceny;
A. From February 8, 2015, the Defendant, from around 19:00 to around 08:00 on the following day, was at the victim C’s house located in the YEE50UP located in the following day: (a) and was stolen by driving the NEE50UP, the key of which was laid down at the mash, while driving the NAEE50UP.

On February 8, 2015, the Defendant, from around 19:00 to around 08:00 of the following day, was driving the NEWE 50UP, from the house of C located in the following day to around 08:00 of the next day, and from around 15:00 of the same month to the front road of the next day from around 16:00 of the same month, the Defendant was driving the above OEW, without obtaining a bicycle driver’s license from the motor-line frist of the yellow-si in the following day, from around 16:00 of the same month to the next day.

1. A theft: (a) around 14:00 on January 27, 2017, the Defendant discovered, driving, and stolen, a vehicle’s key located in the victim GWF, before the victim GWF, at the victim’s seat, at the market price of KRW 12 million.
2. On January 27, 2017, the Defendant: (a) driven a H Poter Cargo at a distance of about 30km from the front of the house of G located in the F of Yju-gun around 16:15, to the front of the entrance of the Pyeongtaek Village in the west-si, Gyeongsan-si, without obtaining a driver’s license.
