In full view of the facts that the court below imposed a punishment by reducing the amount of fine for a summary order by taking into account the circumstances favorable to the defendant, and that there is no change of circumstance that differs from the judgment of the court below and the punishment, and all other matters concerning the sentencing stated in the records of this case, the judgment of the court below is deemed appropriate, and the defendant's assertion is without merit

3. Therefore, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act, since the defendant's appeal is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
