2. We agree with the prosecutor's arguments that the responsibility for the crime against the police officer is heavy. However, when examining the situation at the time of the original trial and the sentencing conditions under Article 51 of the Criminal Act, the lower court's punishment was determined within the scope of discretion, and it is not unreasonable and unreasonable.

3. In conclusion, the prosecutor's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
