A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.
Punishment of the crime
1. From March 11, 2012 to March 31, 2015, the Defendant taken pictures against the victim F, 39 years of age, G (n.e., 19 years of age), and against the victim’s will, as indicated in attached Table 1, from April 11, 2012 to March 31, 2015, the Defendant considered the victims who may cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame by the same method over 1,043 times, such as seeing the victims’ sexual humiliation or sense of shame, sexual intercourse, appearance of a sexual intercourse, and images, etc.
2. Around March 31, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Influence in public places) invaded on a toilet with sexual purpose to take a 33-time image of a woman’s appearance, as shown in the attached Table 2, from February 21, 2014 to March 31, 2015, the Defendant infringed on a toilet with a sexual purpose to take a image of a woman’s appearance in which the female’s appearance is considered to have been taken.
