A. Although the Defendant did not want the victims at the time and place stated in the facts charged, the lower court which found the facts charged of insult and convicted the Defendant of the facts, there is an error of law that affected the conclusion of the judgment.

B. The sentence (one million won of fine) imposed by the court below on the defendant is too unreasonable.

A. The following circumstances acknowledged by the evidence duly adopted and examined by the court below as to the assertion of mistake of facts, namely, F, the victim police officer sent to the court of the court below after receiving a report that the defendant gets a disturbance before the D cafeteria; at the time, the defendant stated that "I am bather, pians, and police officers received money from C, and expressed 10 minutes or more of 10 minutes of bather," and "I am bats" at the time, and stated to the investigation agency that "I am bather," and the victim police officers stated to the same purport, "I am bather," and "I am bather, I am bat around the D cafeteria on the day of the instant case, I am 3-4 statements to the victim that "I am bather, I am bather, I am bather, and I am bather," and "I am to the police officer's statement to the same effect."
