1. The defendant shall have jurisdiction over the establishment of the Suwon District Court for each real estate listed in the attached list to the plaintiff.

Reasons

1. The Defendant, indicating the claim, completed the provisional registration of the right to claim ownership transfer registration under the receipt of No. 731 of January 6, 2004 with respect to each of the real estate listed in the separate sheet by public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act). However, the Defendant seeking cancellation of the provisional registration since the period of exercise of right has expired since he did not exercise his right for more than ten years thereafter.
