When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

At around 20:30 on August 20, 2019, the Defendant, without a car driver’s license, driven B rocketing car volume from a section of about 4 km from the 4km to the jum-dong, Seo-gu, Busan, Seo-gu, Busan, to the jum-do, Plux-ro, Plux-ro.
