On September 18, 2018, at around 05:00, the Defendant divided the entrance door password of the victim C in the “D” main points operated by the victim C in Gwangju-si B and 2, and collected approximately KRW 100,000 in cash owned by the victim, who intrudes inside the said main points through the entrance, and intrudes the inside of the said main points into the deductible expenses and was in custody of the victim’s possession.

On September 21, 2018, the Defendant collected approximately KRW 200,00,000,000, which is the cash owned by the victim, and was in custody in the Kabter, upon intrusion upon inside the same manner as that described in paragraph (1), at around 05:15, the Defendant came to fall into the place described in paragraph (1).
