1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) Attached 2 Map 1, 2, 3, 4, and 1 among the 1st underground floors of the building listed in the attached Table 1 list.
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Plaintiff is an educational foundation that is the owner of a building listed in the attached Table 1 list (hereinafter “instant building”).
B. On December 14, 2011, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “C”) stating that C shall lease the instant building at a five-year period from the date of lease to the date of lease to the date of sub-lease and manage it again (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”).
On November 15, 2013, the Plaintiff transferred the instant building to C.
C. On November 18, 2013, C entered into a sub-lease agreement with the Defendant on the part of the instant building, or on the part (a) part (b) of the attached Table 2 among the 1st underground floors of the building listed in the attached Table 1, which was connected by C, in sequence, to the Defendant, with each point of the attached Table 1, 2, 3, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, and 1, among the 2nd underground floors of the building listed in the attached Table 1 list, to sub-lease 365.04 square meters of the attached Table 3 among the 1,2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 1, and each part (b) of the facilities listed in the attached Table 4 list (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “instant parking facilities”).
Around November 18, 2013, the Defendant has been transferred with the instant parking facility from C and has possessed it up to now.
On August 13, 2018, the Plaintiff notified C that the contract will not be renewed after the termination of the instant lease agreement on the grounds of the rent for the two-year grace period.
On October 16, 2018, C sent a reply to the Plaintiff to accept the termination of the instant lease agreement without any objection.
