Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.
Punishment of the crime
1. On November 10, 201, the Defendant, on November 10, 201, participated in the “Korea-U.S. Free Trade Organization Headquarters” organized by the “Korea-U.S. Free Trade Organization Headquarters for Korea-U.S. Free Trade Agreements” in the latter part of the Korea Development Bank located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul. At around November 14:2, 201, the Defendant, at around 14:2, participated in the “Korea-U.S. Free Trade Organization Headquarters for the People’s Republic of Korea-U.S. Free Trade Zone,” and at around 15:37, D, a social person of the above assembly, “the Republic of Korea-U.S. assembly,” said, with approximately 1,200 persons who participated in the above assembly, went beyond the delivery front of the latter part of the Korea Industrial Bank, which was the place of the first report, and 53 minutes until around 16:30, in collusion with the participants of the assembly for five minutes.
2. No person who is involved in an assembly of the National Assembly building on August 11, 2012 shall hold any outdoor assembly or demonstration at a place within 100 meters from the boundary of the National Assembly building;
On August 11, 2012, at around 14:15, the Defendant participated in the “Korean Workers’ Competition for Sym-Sym-Sym-Sym-Sym-Sym-Sym-Sym-Sym-Sym-Sym-Sym-Sym-Sym-Sym-gu Seoul Industrial Bank,” which was held by FF Trade Union in India, and attempted to enter the National Assembly at the front fence of the National Assembly, which is a place within 100 meters from the boundary of the office building of the National Assembly, from around 14:31 to around 15:3.
Accordingly, the defendant participated in an outdoor assembly or demonstration at a place within 100 meters from the boundary of the National Assembly building, which is the place where the assembly or demonstration is prohibited.
