Punishment of the crime
[criminal history] On December 21, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Suwon Flag Flag, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Suwon Nlag detention center on June 13, 2016.

1. On May 17, 2017, the Defendant received approximately KRW 24.57 g of Mesophical drugs (one philopon; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”) from a person who is not his/her name, in front of E, located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City D, and received them.
2. On May 23, 2017, the Defendant: (a) inserted 0.07glopon into a single-use mobile phone; and (b) injected into one’s arms after being injected into a single-use mobile phone; and (c) injected into one’s arms.
3. On May 29, 2017, the Defendant injected G telephones in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Incheon, into a single-use injection machine, 0.07 grophones into a single-use injection machine, and injected into one’s arms, and administered phiphones.
4. On May 29, 2017, the Defendant kept approximately KRW 24.43g of philopon in his Innnnan vehicle located in the south-gu Incheon Metropolitan City H, and carried a philopon.
[2017 Highest 2312] Defendant is not a narcotics handler.
1. Around January 2017, the Defendant received approximately 0.1g of philopon, which is a local mental medicine, from L, from a passenger car parked in the vicinity of the K Station located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan CityJ.
2. On April 24, 2017, the Defendant sold and purchased approximately 0.35g 40,000 square meters to L in a music practice place in the vicinity of the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu Office.
3. On May 17, 2017, the Defendant sold and purchased approximately 0.3g 220,000 philopon to L around E in the south-gu Incheon Metropolitan City D.
