1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 33,003,238 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from July 7, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

Comprehensively taking account of the purport of each statement in Gap evidence Nos. 3 through 6, on May 8, 2013, the plaintiff leased deposit money of 37.5 million won to the defendant on May 27, 2013, 726-4 No. 495-87 square meters in the Dong-si, Ansan-si, Nowon-si, for the period of 37.5 million won per annum, monthly rent, and May 26, 2015 from the delivery date of the lease term. The plaintiff and the defendant agreed to calculate actual expenses and pay the management fees of 37.5 million won per annum to the plaintiff. Since the defendant, on May 27, 2013, occupied the factory building of this case, used it on February 27, 2014, and refunded it to the defendant on May 37, 2013, the remaining amount of the rent of 37.5 million won per annum, 30.365 billion won per annum, 37.3638.35

The plaintiff's claim is justified and accepted.
