A. 1) The Plaintiff’s status as a party is 1) The deceased G (the deceased on October 11, 2008) is the father, and the Defendant B is the mother. 2) The Defendant C purchased from H on January 23, 2009 the 686m2 and 817m2 in Jinju-si I forest land from H on January 23, 2009, and completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to each of the above forests as the owner who completed the registration of Jinwon District Court’s Jinju-si Branch on February 9, 2009.

(hereinafter referred to as “Defendant-owned forest” in this context. B.

1) On April 9, 190, Defendant B purchased the building indicated in the Attachment No. 370 square meters and 1 of the indication of the real estate attached thereto, which is adjacent to the forest owned by the Defendant, from the GJ on April 9, 1990, and acquired the ownership transfer registration as of May 11, 1990, by succession to the portion possessed by the GJ. 2) The Dog G newly built the building indicated in the Serial No. 2 of the attached real estate on the site of Changwon District Court, as of April 4, 1991, the registration of ownership is completed as of April 13431 of the Changwon District Court, which was received on April 4, 191.

3) As to the building indicated in the attached Table 2 No. 10081, Feb. 27, 2015, Defendant B completed the registration of ownership transfer on the ground of inheritance by agreement division, which was received on Jan. 19, 2009 from the Changwon District Court Branch, No. 2199, Oct. 11, 2008. 4) On February 27, 2015, the Plaintiff purchased from Defendant B the building indicated in the title No. 2 of the K site and the attached real estate, and completed the registration of ownership transfer as of Feb. 27, 2015, by succession to the part occupied by Defendant B.

C. 1) The portion of the land possessed by the Plaintiff (including Defendant B) among the forest owned by the Defendant is 86 square meters inside a ship, which is successively connected to each point of 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 20, and 9 indicated in the attached Form. (hereinafter “the part of the instant dispute”).

The part on the dispute of this case is 26m2 and Jinju-si, which connects each point of the attached Form 9, 10, 11, 19, 20, 9 among the area of 686m2 in Jin-si, Jin-si.
