1. The defendant on August 22, 1997, with respect to real estate stated in the separate sheet to B (C) as stated in the separate sheet, machinery such as gender support by the Daegu District Court.

Reasons

1. Indication of Claim: Since the secured debt of the right to collateral security stated in the Disposition B of paragraph (1) has ceased to exist due to the completion of prescription, the plaintiff sought a cancellation of the said right to collateral security against the defendant, who is a mortgagee of the right to collateral security by subrogation of the debtor B as a creditor of the right to collateral security ( Daegu District Court 201Gadan22839).
