모욕
A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.
When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person whose mutual appraisal is in conflict with the complainant due to the process of civil procedure and criminal complaint.
On August 23, 2013, at least 14:00, to the complainants who are consulted in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 8th floor law firm D, the complainants publicly insultd the complainants by saying, “I am her husband and make a transaction with her husband” to the complainants: “I am her husband. I am her her husband and will be her husband because I am dead with a change of fraud, I will be subject to punishment against her mother, and the width will be subject to punishment to her mother.”
