For the reasons indicated in its holding, the lower court reversed the first instance judgment and acquitted Defendant A on the grounds that there is no evidence of crime regarding perjury among the facts charged in the instant case, and upheld the first instance judgment that acquitted Defendants on the grounds that there is no evidence of crime regarding the charges of evading compulsory execution of this case.

In light of the records, the above judgment of the court below is just, and there is no error in the misapprehension of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules.
