1. Basic facts
A. On May 201, the Defendant concluded a commission contract and an insurance solicitor contract with the global set of Korea Insurance Agency (referring to an employee under Article 83(1)5 of the Insurance Business Act prior to the amendment by Act No. 10394, Jul. 23, 2010; hereinafter referred to as “insurance solicitor”) to serve as an employee, respectively, and the main contents of the insurance solicitor cushion contract (hereinafter referred to as “instant contract”) among them are as follows.
Article 1 (Purpose) The purpose of this Agreement is to contribute to the creation of a sound insurance solicitation climate and the development of common interests and interests by prescribing the overall matters concerning mutual roles as an insurance solicitor to the insurance agencies (GA) business of global deposit insurance agencies of Co., Ltd.
Article 2 (Assignment and Entrusted Affairs)
