Nevertheless, on April 6, 2020, at a candidate’s debate held jointly by the E press, etc., the Defendants deemed that the remarks related to the U.S., made by the candidate affiliated with the 21st election district G party to the 21st election of the National Assembly member was inappropriate as the candidate’s speech of the National Assembly member, and the Defendants conspired to hold a campaign speech to urge the resignation of H candidate before the election campaign office of the candidate for H on April 8, 2020.
