On July 2, 2015, from around 12:24 to 14:18, the Defendant: (a) posted a fro card indicating the phrase “E” in QAD, QS C, and QS C, one week later than two years later than two years later; (b) posted a fro card indicating “E.” and damaged the reputation of the victims by openly pointing out the name of the Defendant’s diskettes, stating “E” and “E.”

2. On July 3, 2015, from around 06:16 to 08:06, the Defendant injured the honor of the victims by openly pointing out facts by conducting one person’s demonstration at the same place as above.

3. On July 3, 2015, the Defendant, from around 13:14 to 14:42, destroyed the honor of the victims by openly pointing out facts by conducting one person’s demonstration at the same place as above.

4. On July 6, 2015, the Defendant, from around 05:24 to around 07:56, destroyed the honor of the victims by openly pointing out facts by conducting one person’s demonstration at the same place as above.

5. On July 7, 2015, around 08:20 on July 7, 2015, the Defendant damaged the honor of the victims by openly pointing out facts by conducting one of the aforementioned methods in front of the 'E' head office building site in Gangnam-gu Seoul.
