1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person who is engaged in driving a CR car.

On January 30, 2014, at around 06:15, the Defendant driven the said vehicle while under the influence of alcohol of 0.059% of alcohol concentration, and led to a local highway No. 69 in front of the Dolsan-ro, Dolsan-ro, Dolsan-gun, Gyeongnam-do, to proceed from the territorial sea to the livestock industry at a speed of approximately 60km.
