On January 21, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 04:00, at the main point of “D” located on the 1st underground floor in Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, for the reason that the Defendant had been engaged in entertainment service while drinking alcohol, and (b) went to the victim E (age 34) who is an employee, and (c) took part of the face of the victim due to drinking and learning, the Defendant laid down the frame of internal walls that require approximately 4 weeks of treatment.
