The Defendants deliver to the Plaintiff the building indicated in the attached Table 1.
B. Defendant B shall be the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in Appendix 2; and
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. In accordance with the amendment of the provisions on statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Encouragement, etc. of Partial Dismissal of Lawsuits, since the statutory interest rate from June 1, 2019 was 12% per annum, the part of the claim that exceeds such scope shall be dismissed.
