1. The Defendant received on July 29, 1983 from the Plaintiff on the 1744m2 in Changwon District Court in relation to the 174m2 in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun.

Reasons

1. On July 29, 1983, the Defendant indicated the claim, completed the registration of creation of a collateral on the ground of the contract to establish a collateral on July 28, 1983, the maximum debt amount of which is 3.5 million won, the debtor D, the mortgagee of the right to collateral security, and the Defendant of the right to collateral security, who was the Defendant. However, on the ground that the secured claim of the above right to collateral security expired by the statute of limitations on July 29, 1993, ten years after the date of the registration of establishment of the right to collateral security, the Plaintiff, the owner of the above real estate, sought cancellation thereof against the Defendant.
