However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

The Defendant is the ship of D, and D and Z are different from each other, and the Defendant, D and Z did not have any money for resolving board and lodging while leaving the country, and they collected AA (n, 16 years of age) to engage in commercial sex acts (the continuous term terms and conditions) to AA, which are intellectually disabled persons known to D, as they did not have any money for resolving board and lodging while leaving the country.

1. Violation of the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts;

A. At around 15:30 on August 30, 2014, the Defendant, D, and Z shared the role as follows in order to identify the other party to whom A and sexual traffic are to be conducted at the AC elementary school near the Jinwon-si, Changwon-si.

즉 피고인은 성매매 대가를 관리하기로 하고 자신의 휴대전화기의 핫스팟을 켜 주고, D은 Z에게 자신의 휴대전화기를 빌려주고, Z는 핫스팟을 이용하여 D과 AA의 휴대전화기에 조건만남을 하는 사람들이 자주 이용하는 채팅앱인 ‘AD’을 설치하고 그 앱에 접속하여 불특정 다수의 남자들에게 1:1 대화를 신청하여 대화에 응하는 성명 불상의 남성에게 AA의 카카오톡 아이디를 알려준 후 카카오톡으로 AA의 사진을 전송하고 성매매를 할 시간, 장소, 금액 등에 대해 대화를 하여 AA과 위 남성이 만나도록 하였다.

AA, as the Z became known in the parking lot near the AC elementary school on the same day, was paid 50,000 won for the said male in return for the delivery or influence, and was engaged in sexual intercourse with the said male.

Accordingly, the defendant arranged sexual traffic in collusion with D or Z.

B. On August 30, 2014, around 23:00, the Defendant, along with D and Z, provided that there was only the name-free male who is engaged in sexual traffic with A and A in the same manner as that in the name-free parking lot near the lower distance located at the lower end of the city of Busan, which was located at the lower end of the city of Busan.

AA receives 23,00 won in return for the delivery of the above men, as it is known to the Z in the mutual infinite singing practice room near the lower distance on the same day.
