1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 27,305,660 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from May 28, 2016 to the date of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The Plaintiff had sold originals to the Defendant from June 2015 to July, 2015, and was paid until August of the same year.
However, even after the due date, the defendant does not pay the price for the goods in KRW 27,305,660.
2. Since a judgment by public notice is a judgment by public notice, the reason for the judgment in accordance with Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act shall be briefly indicated only on the matters necessary to specify the claim.
