1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 22,525,056 and the interest rate thereon from January 15, 2015 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. Claim for the payment of wages, retirement allowances, or refund for year-end adjustment which was not paid until retirement on December 31, 2014 by the Plaintiff, who was employed by Defendant B from November 23, 2009 to December 31, 2014 (Defendant C shall stand a joint and several surety for the above payment obligation on April 22, 2015).
