The Plaintiff is the owner of 516 square meters (hereinafter referred to as “instant land”) prior to Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun.

The Defendant, among the instant land, installed three graves on the part (A) and 56.7 square meters in the ship (hereinafter “three graves of this case”) which connect each point of Annex A, 2, 3, 4, 5, 1, and 5.7 square meters in sequence, among the instant land.

On September 23, 1999, the Defendant agreed to transfer the three grave of this case to the Plaintiff within two years from the said three grave.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to excavate the three graves of this case to the Plaintiff and deliver the land of 56.7 square meters in the above part to the Plaintiff.
