On December 26, 2015, around 16:30 on December 26, 2015, the Defendant took a dispute with the victim D (78 years of age) who is an apartment resident of the same apartment in front of 413 Dong-gu, Busan, as a result of separate collection and removal, and was assaulted from the victim, such as bating bat, fit face with drinking, and bating the bat of the victim's face by hand, and batd two times by hand.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the victim.
