1. The Defendant: KRW 13,461,411 to Plaintiff A; KRW 500,000 to Plaintiff C and D; and KRW 250,000 to each of the said money.
1. Occurrence of liability for damages;
A. On October 22, 2014, around 07:40 on October 22, 2014, the Defendant, the representative director of the FF, was the issue of an order for equipment leasing from the Plaintiff, the director of the competitor, who is engaged in the same type of business, and the I company, after the rest of the employees at the Ghetic Power Complex Construction Site at the Gunssan-si, Busan.
The Defendant, on the above temporary border, unloaded the Plaintiff’s left side part of the Plaintiff A’s drinking, and inflicted injury upon the Plaintiff A in need of approximately four weeks of medical treatment, such as the mouth cutting (closed) on the part of the combination of Haak-do, the mouth cutting off (closed) of the Haak-do, the mouth cutting off of the Haak-do, the spathing of the spath, the impairment of the spath, and the spathing.
(hereinafter “the instant assault”). [Grounds for recognition] Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act (i.e., deemed as “the instant assault”).
B. According to the above facts of recognition, the defendant is liable to compensate the plaintiff A for all damages suffered by the plaintiff C and D as the wife of the plaintiff B and the plaintiff Eul, who was the wife of the plaintiff A and the plaintiff Eul.
2. Except as otherwise stated below within the scope of liability for damages, each corresponding item of the attached Table of Calculation of Compensation Amount.
