2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. The plaintiff's assertion that the defendants agreed to pay KRW 100,000,000 to the 69 households on the land B and 2 parcels of Busan-gun, Busan-gun to pay for the 35,000,000 won for the service charges, such as lien resolution and reputation, while the plaintiff paid KRW 35,00,000,00 after the defendants paid 35,000,000 to the plaintiff, so the defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay 65,00,000 won and delay damages therefor to the plaintiff.

B. According to each of the evidence Nos. 1-1-4, the defendants paid KRW 35,00,000 to the plaintiff, although it is acknowledged that the defendants paid KRW 35,00,000 to the plaintiff, the evidence submitted by the plaintiff alone is insufficient to acknowledge the fact that the defendants agreed to pay KRW 100,000,000 to the plaintiff at the service cost, such as the right of retention and surrender, and there is no other evidence to acknowledge this otherwise. 2. Thus, the plaintiff's claim against the defendants of this case is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
