On May 19, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to the charge of forging official documents at the Seoul Central District Court on March 19, 201, and on October 28, 2012, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence.

In collusion with E, the Defendant: (a) opened the name of “E” to G, the owner of the said land, in collusion with the said land; (b) opened the name of “E” to G, the owner of the said land; (c) sold the said land to another person; and (d) acquired the purchase price by taking the purchase price.
