2. The costs of appeal shall be borne by the Defendant.

3. The judgment of the court of first instance is subject to Paragraph (1).

A. On March 20, 2002, the Defendant applied for membership with a credit card to a lot card company and received a credit card from the said company on or around March 31, 2002 and used it.

B. On September 28, 2010, Jinnmon Savings Bank Co., Ltd. transferred credit card payment claim against the Defendant (hereinafter “instant claim”) to Solomon Savings Bank. On December 1, 201, Solomon Savings Bank Co., Ltd. transferred the instant claim to the next limited company.

Since then, on May 21, 2013, the NAS-based limited liability company transferred the instant claim to YD Asset Management Loan Co., Ltd., and on July 4, 2016, the YD Asset Management Loan Co., Ltd. transferred the instant claim to ELS-based corporation, and on December 27, 2016, the NAS-based limited liability company transferred the instant claim to the Plaintiff.

C. On February 23, 2017, the first transferor of the instant claim, Solomon Savings Bank, Solomon Savings Bank, Solosco, Inc., Ltd., Ltd., the transferor thereafter, and NAsco, Ltd., limited liability company, Basco, Ltd., the Basco, Ltd., the Basco, Ltd.’s asset management loan, and Jael loan,

Around that time, the notice of assignment of claims was finally transferred to the Plaintiff due to the same circumstance as the statement in the claim, and the notice was delivered to the Defendant.

Meanwhile, the overdue interest of the instant claim as of March 2, 2017 is KRW 11,283,651 in total as the principal amount, KRW 2,757,656 in total, KRW 8,525,95 in damages for delay, KRW 11,283,651 in total, and overdue interest rate is 24% per annum.

2. According to the facts of recognition prior to the determination as to the cause of the claim, the plaintiff lawfully acquired the claim of this case against the defendant and met the requisite for setting up against the defendant. Thus, the defendant's principal and interest of the claim of this case and principal of the claim of this case as transfer money to the plaintiff.
