1. The Defendant’s KRW 107,00,000 as well as the annual rate of KRW 5% from April 1, 2014 to July 30, 2015 to the Plaintiff.

Description of Claim
On March 4, 2014, the Plaintiff lent KRW 107,000,00 to C as of March 31, 2014, and the Defendant guaranteed it. The Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the aforementioned KRW 107,00,000 and the damages for delay from April 1, 2014, which is the day following the due date.
