The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
1. Around 04:40 on April 5, 2015, the Defendant: (a) committed assault on the part of the Defendant on the part of his hand, on the part of the victim, on the ground that the victim D was obscing around the convenience store, before the convenience store, on the part of his hand, twice the victim’s right-hand son and twice the two parts of the indictment.
