1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 30,000,00 and 20% per annum from August 19, 2015 to September 30, 2015.

Part partially dismissed: Provided, That the statutory interest rate of 15% per annum from October 1, 2015 pursuant to the amended provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Encouragement, etc. of Legal Proceedings, Etc. (amended on September 25, 2015) shall apply, and the portion of the claim that exceeds the scope shall be dismissed.
