around August 20, 2014, the Defendant received a muster notice from the Defendant’s office located in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, Dong 1010 to enlist in the military by electronic mail as of October 7, 2014, and did not enlist in the military within three days from the date of enlistment without justifiable grounds.
